Each of our online mentors is also a classroom instructor, with certifications and expertise in the subject matter specific to your learning plan. Mentors are available Monday-Friday, from 8am – 6pm (Eastern Standard Time). Occasionally, Mentors may be available outside of these hours, simply login and check for the “Live Support Online” button.
